Teollisuuden Voima Oyj (TVO) has issued new SEK bonds totalling SEK 2.35 billion

The bonds were issued under TVO's EMTN programme. Application has been made for the bonds to be admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

Issued bonds;

1) SEK 1.0 billion, 3.25-year senior unsecured note, carrying a floating coupon rate of 3m Stibor + 1.17% annually.

2) SEK 850 million, 5.25-year senior unsecured note, carrying a fixed coupon rate of 2.375% annually, with an annual yield to maturity corresponding to a SEK midswap rate of 0.678% + 1.78%.

3) SEK 500 million, 5.25-year senior unsecured note, carrying a floating coupon rate of 3m Stibor + 1.78%.

Handelsbanken Capital Markets and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken acted as joint bookrunners for the bond issue.

The proceeds of the bonds issued will be used for general corporate purposes.
