Induction training
All those who come to work at Olkiluoto must complete induction training. This will ensure that everyone is able to operate in the area, taking into account the specific requirements of the sector and safety. Induction training includes a general part as well as a radiation protection part.
Employees will receive an email three weeks before the start of the work period, unless otherwise agreed. The email will include a link to the OppiNet, as well as a username and password.
If you want to complete the trainings earlier, you should contact [email protected] and request OppiNet credentials.
Induction training - general part
The general part of induction training is conducted only online in oppinet.olki.fi (Trainings related to access)(Note: use Firefox or Chrome browser.) Induction training takes about 2,5-3 hours to complete. Classroom trainings are not arranged.
Induction training - radiation part
Please note! First-timers have the training in classroom:
Radiation part trainings in TVO's Main gate:
• Finnish on Mondays from 08:00 to 12:00 (Main gate)
• English on Tuesdays from 08:00 to 12:00 (Main gate)
Induction Radiation trainings are mainly on Tuesdays but it can vary (see the table below). Please contact [email protected] for further information.
You need to enroll via [email protected]. You can refresh the Radiation induction training in OppiNet (NOTE. Use Firefox- or Chrome-web browser). Trainings related to access. Training has to be renewed in three years.
In addition there can be some trainings related to access. You can request from [email protected].
