Policies
TVO's Group-level policies are based on the values of the Company: responsibility, transparency, proactivity, and continuous improvement. The values are the cornerstones of TVO's operation as a whole.
The Group-level policies outline the key objectives for a responsible corporate approach. The Group-level policies are:
- Nuclear safety and quality policy
- Sustainability policy
- Production policy
- Corporate security policy.

The Group-level Policies have been approved by the TVO Group Management Board in November 2020, and Sustainability Policy by the TVO Board of Directors in December 2025.
In addition to group-level policies, TVO adheres to its Disclosure Policy, Remuneration Policy and Human Rights Policy in its operations.
