Teollisuuden Voima Oyj’s Annual Report for 2025 has been published
The Annual Report includes the Report of the Board of Directors (including the Sustainability Report and the Corporate Governance Statement) and the Financial Statements for the financial period 1 January–31 December 2025.
The Annual Report 2025 is available at www.tvo.fi/financialpublications.
TVO’s financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The Sustainability Report included in the Report of the Board of Directors has been prepared in accordance with Chapter 7 of the Finnish Accounting Act, and the information is presented in compliance with the ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards) and the European Union (EU) Taxonomy Regulation.
At TVO’s Olkiluoto nuclear power plant, a total of 23.41 TWh of electricity was produced in 2025, accounting for approximately 28 percent of the electricity consumed in Finland.
The Group’s turnover amounted to EUR 926 million.
