Ulla-Maija Moisio, long-serving General Counsel of Teollisuuden Voima Oyj (TVO), will retire during summer 2027. She will be succeeded by Teresa Laimio, who will join Olkiluoto in November 2026 and assume the role of General Counsel and a member of the Executive Team at the beginning of 2027.

Teresa Laimio joins TVO from NG Nordic, an environmental services and circular economy group, where she was served as Group General Counsel. She brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in international business, legal affairs, corporate governance, primary production, biogas business, sustainability and transformational change. Previously, she held several executive leadership positions at Valio, including responsibilities for legal affairs, sustainability, human resources, communications and stakeholder relations.

TVO President and CEO Philippe Bordarier expresses his gratitude to Ulla-Maija Moisio for her significant contribution to the company.

- Ulla-Maija is a colleague everyone should want on their team. She has brought strong expertise, strategic thinking and sense of purpose to TVO's Executive Team, and she has been instrumental in many key deliveries of the company in the last years. I warmly thank Ulla-Maija for her invaluable contribution, for our passionate discussions about nuclear energy legal affairs and good music, and wish her all possible joy with her spouse and family in her new time of her life.

At the same time, Philippe Bordarier welcomes Teresa Laimio to TVO.

- I am very pleased to welcome Teresa to TVO and to our Executive Management Team. Teresa brings extensive experience from leading large businesses, together with strong expertise in legal affairs, sustainability, and corporate governance. She also brings her personality, a sharp mind with attention to details, into an already strong team, at the moment TVO is pivoting into a new chapter. I am glad to have Teresa on our team.

Teresa Laimio holds a Master of Laws degree and an Executive MBA. She has extensive experience in executive leadership, corporate governance and business operations across the energy, food and circular economy sectors. She has also served as Chair and Board Member of several companies.
