Changes in the TVO’s Executive Team

As of 15th April 2026, the responsibilities of CFO Joni Juuri will be expanded to include Group Procurement, in addition to finance, treasury, risk management, IT and sustainability.

At the same time, Pekka Frantti, who has previously been responsible for OL3 commercial matters, Group Procurement and the development of legal affairs, will transition into the role of Senior Advisor, focusing on research and development projects related to new business areas latest until end of year 2026.

Lauri Piekkari, current SVP Treasury and Risk Management will retire at the end of 2026. Mikko Honkaheimo has been appointed as Director, Group Treasury and Risk Management, as of 1 May 2026.

Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs Ulla-Maija Moisio will retire during year 2027, and due to that the recruitment process for her successor will be launched.

Furthermore, Senior Vice President, Safety and Security Veli-Pekka Nurmi and TVO have mutually agreed to end the employment relationship. Consequently, Jouni Silvennoinen will serve as Acting SVP for Safety and Security until further notice. The change takes effect immediately.
