New Appointments to TVO's Management
Teollisuuden Voima Oyj (TVO) is strengthening its financial and sustainability management with new appointments. Joni Juuri, Master of Social Sciences, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a member of the Management Team. He joins the TVO Group from his position as a director at Neste Oyj. TVO's current Senior Vice President, Finance and Responsibility, Anja Ussa, has been appointed Senior Specialist. The appointments will take effect on March 6, 2025.
Joni Juuri, who will join TVO as CFO from his role as Vice President, Business Finance at Neste, has extensive experience in demanding international financial leadership roles in several publicly listed companies. Juuri brings over a decade of expertise in leading digital transformation and leveraging data. He also has a strong background in finance, control, and international business, along with comprehensive skills in areas such as strategic development, operational management, and sustainability reporting.

At the same time, TVO’s Senior Vice President, Finance and Responsibility, Anja Ussa, has been appointed Senior Specialist with a focus on developing responsible business practices. The importance of sustainability has grown, and its development must now encompass multiple dimensions across the entire value chain. In her new role, Anja will also take responsibility for other company-level special projects.
