Teollisuuden Voima Oyj publishes Annual Report 2023
In 2023, the share of nuclear power was about 41 per cent of all the electricity produced in Finland. In 2023, Teollisuuden Voima Oyj’s (TVO) Olkiluoto nuclear power plant produced approximately 31 per cent of the electricity consumed and produced in Finland.
In 2023, TVO’s electricity production amounted to 24.67 terawatt hours (TWh). The combined load factor of the Olkiluoto 1 (OL1) and Olkiluoto 2 (OL2) plant units was 91.9 per cent. The regular electricity production at Olkiluoto 3 plant unit (OL3) started in April 2023 and the load factor was 75.2 per cent in year 2023. The Group’s turnover was EUR 876 (358) million.
TVO’s Annual Report 2023 has been published on 26 February 2024, and is available on TVO’s website at www.tvo.fi/financialpublications.
The Annual Report consists of the Report of the Board of Directors, Financial Statements, Corporate Governance Statement, as well as the Annual and Sustainability Report. The Report of the Board of Directors contains TVO’s EU Taxonomy reporting. TVO’s Financial Statements have been published according to European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements.
