New members join Teollisuuden Voima Oyj's Board of Directors

Teollisuuden Voima Oyj's (TVO) Annual General Meeting held on March 31, 2020 approved the Financial Statements for the 2020 accounting period, discharged the members of the Board of Directors and President and CEO from liability, and elected the members of the Board.
Hannu Jokinen and Petra Lundström were elected as new Board members. Risto Andsten and Markus Rauramo left the Board.

- Anders Renvall, Kymppivoima Oy
- Tiina Tuomela, Uniper SE
- Ilkka Tykkyläinen, Pohjolan Voima Oyj
- Rami Vuola, EPV Energia Oy
- Juha-Pekka Weckström, Helen Oy
In TVO’s Board of Directors’ meeting held on the same day, the Board of Directors elected Ilkka Tykkyläinen as the Chair of the Board and Tiina Tuomela as the Vice-Chair.
