Appointments in the TVO management

The Board of Directors of Teollisuuden Voima Oyj has appointed Engineering Manager, Mr Jouni Silvennoinen (46) as Senior Vice President, Project, and Manager, Electrical and Automation Maintenance, Mr Janne Mokka (35) as Senior Vice President, Power Plant Engineering. The appointment of Mr Janne Mokka enters into effect as of 1 July 2008 and the appointment of Mr Jouni Silvennoinen as of 1 September 2008 when the present Olkiluoto 3 Project Director, Mr Martin Landtman will take up a position with another employer.

Mr Jouni Silvennoinen, M.Sc. (Eng.) joined TVO’s OL3 Project in 2003 and since 2006 has been responsible for Olkiluoto 3 engineering, installation and commissioning. Mr Silvennoinen received his M.Sc. degree in nuclear engineering in 1988.

Mr Janne Mokka, M.Sc. (Eng.) has been employed by TVO since 2003, presently as Manager, Electrical and Automation Maintenance. Mr Mokka received his M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering in 1997.
