Fitch Ratings affirmed its previous rating for TVO but changed its outlook to negative

​ On 18 May 2016, Fitch Ratings affirmed its Long-term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) and senior unsecured rating 'BBB' and Short-term IDR 'F3' to Teollisuuden Voima Oyj (TVO) but revised its outlook from stable to negative.

​According to Fitch Ratings, the outlook revision reflects the weakened mid-term outlook for wholesale electricity prices, which will erode the value creation for TVO's shareholders.
