TVO Group transfers finance and HR services to Administer Oy

​ Teollisuuden Voima Oyj (TVO) and Administer Oy have come to agreement which transfers the finance and human resources services TVO Group to Administer. The transfer of business will take place on 1 November 2018 and concerns 14 employees, 12 of whom will be transferred to the new operator.

The primary goal of the transfer of finance and HR services is the development of these services to ensure competences also in the future.

Administer is an acknowledged Finnish expertise company in financial administration, it has modern systems, processes and the best expertise in the industry at its disposal.

- Administer is currently expanding its business operations to the economic area of Rauma. The personnel will be relocated to the Rauma office at the end of October. They will be offered excellent opportunities for the development of their professional skills and career advancement, says TVO’s Senior Vice President Anja Ussa, who is in charge of finance.

According to Administer Oy’s Managing Director Peter Aho, the agreement on the production of finance and HR services for TVO Group is very important:

Our goal is to expand our operations and as a result of this transfer of business we will set up a new business location in Rauma. Financial administration is not a supporting activity for us, but our core business, and we have a clear need for the professionals of financial administration in the energy industry who will transfer to us from TVO.
