Safety culture and company-level policies
TVO and its personnel are committed to a high-level safety culture and high-quality operating methods.
Safety culture consists of the organizationīs operating methods and the attitudes of individual people. It ensures that factors contributing to the safety of the nuclear power plant are given the attention they require and are given priority in decision-making.
Company-level policies are grouped under four headings:
The policy on nuclear safety and quality comprises nuclear safety, radiation protection, safeguards of nuclear material, and quality.
