TVO issued a EUR 500 million bond

​ Teollisuuden Voima Oyj (TVO) has issued a new EUR 500 million bond.

​The long six-year bond was issued under TVO's EMTN programme. Application has been made for the bond to be admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The bond will pay an annual coupon of 2.625 percent.

BNP Paribas, Nordea, OP Corporate Bank plc and SEB acted as joint bookrunners for the bond issue.

The proceeds of the bond issue will be used for general corporate purposes.
